Legal Memorandum

The drafted result of a specific legal research is called the legal memorandum. A legal memorandum deals with a particular legal issue. The legal memorandum is generally written and explored by a lawyer.

Legal memorandum holds these fundamental elements such as statement of facts, issues, conclusions, discussions of the law belonging to facts, citations of previous valid cases and suggestions based on this conversation.

The objective of a legal memorandum is to examine a legal problem and give a legal opinion on that problem. A legal memorandum is mainly used to create approaches and to plan arguments.
